Flagged conflict. BozokMedia says prices go up to $8.99 depending on the sandwich and size. That is wrong. $8.99 is a starting price for a regular Three Cheese Beef & Bacon Stacker and a regular Sweet 'n Golden Triple Stacker. A large costs more. No source has published large-size prices.

Arby's is testing four Sub Stackers sandwiches. Regular starting prices run from $7.99 to $8.99. Brand Eating reported those numbers on October 15, 2026 from a St. Louis store. A large costs more. No source has published a large-size price, so this page does not invent one.

The test is in the St. Louis, Missouri area and in Michigan. Named Michigan cities are Portland, Albion, and Ionia. Brand Eating says at least three Michigan cities, so there may be more than the three named here. St. Louis stores have all four sandwiches. Michigan stores have three and skip the Sweet 'n Golden Triple Stacker. Arby's has not announced a national launch. Test items are usually at select stores only, so call ahead or check the Arby's app before you drive.

Prices

Loaded Italian Stacker starts at $7.99. Turkey Ranch & Bacon Stacker starts at $8.39. Three Cheese Beef & Bacon Stacker starts at $8.99. Sweet 'n Golden Triple Stacker starts at $8.99. Those are regular-size starting prices from a St. Louis test store. Sporked reported the same four sandwiches. Your store may differ. A large costs more, and that larger price stays off this page because nobody has published it.

BozokMedia wrote that prices go up to $8.99 depending on the sandwich and size. That claim is flagged under the price table. $8.99 is a starting price for two of the regular sandwiches. It is not a ceiling, and it is not a large.

The four sandwiches

Loaded Italian Stacker is thin-sliced ham, salami, pepperoni, Swiss cheese, red wine vinaigrette, banana peppers, red onion, tomato, shredded lettuce, and garlic aioli. It is the closest of the four to a classic deli sub, and it is the cheapest regular.

Turkey Ranch & Bacon Stacker is thinly sliced oven-roasted turkey, bacon, cheddar, red onion, tomato, shredded lettuce, and Mediterranean Ranch. Arby's own menu page describes that build and calls the bread our new stacker bread. At test stores this Stacker replaces the regular Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich. Restaurants that are not in the test still sell the older sandwich.

Three Cheese Beef & Bacon Stacker is thin-sliced roast beef, cheddar, Swiss, and Cooper Sharp American cheese, bacon, crispy-fried onion strings, red onion, tomato, shredded lettuce, and garlic aioli. It is the only Sub Stacker with Arby's signature roast beef.

Sweet 'n Golden Triple Stacker is roasted chicken, thin-sliced ham, bacon, cheddar, red onion, shredded lettuce, tomato, mayo, and Golden BBQ sauce. It is in the St. Louis area test only. Michigan test stores do not carry it.

Stacker Bread

Stacker Bread is a new flat bread topped with mozzarella. Reviewers say it looks like focaccia. Sporked says it looks softer and flatter than a traditional sub roll. All four Sub Stackers use it. It is not the onion bun from the classic roast beef. Arby's official Turkey Ranch page calls it our new stacker bread.

Dates

Brand Eating first reported the test on October 15, 2026. Quartz updated its story on October 21, 2026. BozokMedia also published on October 21, 2026. MenuLaunches lists the test with the chain's other launches. There is no end date. Arby's has not said the sandwiches will become permanent. Test results decide whether they go national. This page will change if Arby's announces a rollout or an end date.

Sizes and nutrition

Every Sub Stacker comes in regular or large. No source has published calories, protein, carbs, fat, or allergens. This page leaves those cells empty on purpose. Check Arby's nutrition info in the app before you order if you need a number.

Which one to order

The cheapest regular is Loaded Italian at $7.99. The sandwich that sits closest to the rest of the Arby's menu is Three Cheese Beef & Bacon, because it is the one with roast beef and crispy onion strings. Turkey Ranch & Bacon may sound lighter, and that is only a guess until calorie counts exist. Sweet 'n Golden Triple is the sweet option, and only if you are in the St. Louis area.

The pictures on this page are original MenuLeak illustrations made for this briefing. They are not Arby's photos, and they show no logos. The hero looks like a photograph. It is not a real Arby's sandwich. If you order one in a test market, a photo you take yourself is the picture that should replace it.

How it compares

  • Arby's Classic Roast Beef

Classic roast beef is the core Arby's sandwich and stays on the national menu. Sub Stackers is a test on mozzarella-topped Stacker Bread, with regular starting prices of $7.99 to $8.99 at a St. Louis store. Use the classic page if the test is not in your city.

  • Subway Italian B.M.T.

The Italian B.M.T. is a core Subway footlong. Loaded Italian is the Sub Stackers build that sits closest to a deli sub, and it is still an Arby's test on Stacker Bread, not a B.M.T. Compare the sandwich, not just the word sub.

Is it worth it?

Loaded Italian is the cheapest regular at a starting price of $7.99 from a St. Louis test store. It is worth a stop if you are already in the St. Louis area or in a Michigan city on the test, and you want one of the four sandwiches on Stacker Bread. It is a weak errand if you are outside those markets, because Arby's has not announced a national launch and there is no end date. Order Three Cheese Beef & Bacon if you want roast beef. Skip Sweet 'n Golden unless the store is in the St. Louis area.
